Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This page lists the cookies and similar storage CPS Test uses, and how you can control them.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a site can store in your browser. Related tools, such as local storage, can also save settings on your device. This policy covers both.
What we use
Strictly useful for the site
- WordPress login cookies — only if you are a site administrator. Visitors who just take the test do not get a login cookie from us.
- Cache cookies — our host may set a short cache cookie (for example through LiteSpeed) so pages load faster.
On-device test data (local storage)
The click test can store recent results, personal bests, and preferences such as sound. This is local storage, not an advertising cookie. It stays on your device and is not sent to us as a scoreboard.
What we do not use today
We do not run advertising cookies, social-media tracking pixels, or a third-party ad network on these pages. If that changes, we will update this policy and the date above.
How to control them
- Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies for cpstest.world.
- Clear “site data” or “local storage” for this site to remove saved CPS scores and preferences.
- A private or incognito window usually starts without those saved scores.
If you block all cookies, the public click test should still run. Cached pages or an admin login may not work as usual.
