This page explains what CPS Test collects, what stays on your device, and how to reach us about your data.

Who we are

CPS Test (“we”, “us”) runs the website at https://cpstest.world/. For privacy questions, use the contact form or email contact.rehmanseo@gmail.com.

The short version

  • You do not need an account to use the click test.
  • Your CPS scores are stored in your browser, not in a public profile on our servers.
  • If you write to us, we keep the name, email, and message you send so we can reply.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

Information we collect

Information you send us

If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, subject, message, and the time you sent it. We use this only to reply and to keep a record of the request.

Information stored on your device

The click test can save recent results, personal bests, and simple preferences (such as sound on or off) in your browser’s local storage. That data stays on your device. Clearing site data in your browser deletes it. We cannot see those scores unless you choose to copy and send them to us.

Technical logs

Like most websites, our host and cache may record your IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the date and time of the request. We use this to keep the site running, fix errors, and stop abuse. These logs are not used to build a marketing profile.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar tools so the site loads and, if you are a site admin, so you can stay logged in. The click test itself relies mainly on local storage, not advertising cookies. Details are on our cookie policy.

How we use information

  • To run the website and the click test.
  • To answer messages you send.
  • To keep the site secure and diagnose faults.
  • To meet a legal duty if one applies.

We do not use your contact details for newsletters unless you later ask us to.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only when we need to operate the site or the law requires it:

  • Hosting and cache. The site is hosted on a web server and may use a cache (including LiteSpeed) so pages load faster.
  • Email. Contact messages are delivered to our inbox at the address above.
  • Legal requests. We may disclose information if we must do so by law or to protect the site from abuse.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Contact emails are kept as long as we need them to finish your request and for a reasonable record after that, then deleted or archived. Server logs are kept only as long as our host needs for security and operations. Data in your browser stays until you clear it.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete a message you sent, or tell you what contact data we hold about that message. Send the request from the same email you used, or use the contact form and say it is a privacy request.

You can also stop local storage by using a private window or by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.

If you are in a region with extra privacy rights (for example the GDPR or similar laws), you may also have the right to object, restrict processing, or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us first and we will help where we can.

Children

The click test is a general website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through accounts, because we do not offer accounts. If you believe a child has sent us personal details through the contact form, email us and we will delete that message.

Changes

If we change this policy in a material way, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
